As a proud member of the queer community, I am genuinely excited to share my expertise and walk alongside you through life’s twists and turns. My aim is to offer a caring hand in navigating the complexities of identity, psychiatric challenges, transitions, and everything in between. Embracing my identity within the LGBTQIA+ community, I am deeply committed to delivering affirming care to all, understanding the intricacies of sexual orientation, gender identity, transitions, and affirming relationships with polyamorous or kink dynamics.

People with Autism Spectrum Disorder, whether formally diagnosed or suspected, deserve access to quality care just like allistic folks do. This means working with a clinician who is familar with relevant topics including the shifting paradigm from a pathologized medical model towards an accepting framework of neurodiversity, the ethical implications of therapies such as Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), the different ways autism shows up in different genders thanks to various social pressures, considerations of what possessing a formal diagnosis means in this day and age, and more. I approach both autistic and allistic clients from a strengths-based perspective and my goal is to help you achieve your goals in ways that align with your brain and body rather than fighting them.

This type of social work involves helping people explore their thoughts, feelings, and attitudes towards money. Examining these beliefs, and making beneficial adjustments, will improve your relationship with money which leads to healthier habits and improved financial circumstances. I am certified in financial social work so we can talk about making / updating budgets, prioritizing spending and savings goals, techniques for making smart choices while shopping, and increasing your financial literacy. I am especially passionate about financial social work with women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities so let’s work together to build your confidence and change your money situation!

Offering gender affirming care is hugely important to me. I want my gender expansive and transgender community members to feel comfortable in their therapy sessions. Whether someone of any age is considering their gender identity or expression or whether they just want to know that their therapist has knowledge of some of the things they encounter as trans folks, I strive to create the environment that they deserve. I offer letter writing for folks seeking gender affirming surgeries as required by surgeons and / or health insurance companies. I can also help family members who are struggling with understanding or adapting and I am happy to talk through questions or concerns related to sexuality and sexual relationships of trans community members.
